Sakura Club Meeting 8/28/09(Fri)

Today at our lunch meeting we had discussed about the up comming Okinawa Festival event. Currently our shift time that we have to volunteer is from 12pm - 5:30pm. (according to the info we got) We will be discussing When?,Were?,What? were going to be doing at the festival.

Some Supplies you Should bring.

  • Covered Shoes
  • Hats
  • sunscreen

Thats it for now but we will Update durring the 3 day week end

    Hey I have a question about the release form.What do I fill in for the part that says "...__________(name of member club) and eachof their affilates..." ?and when is the paper due?

    Um I guess You can leave that part blank and we will fill it in later and the Paper is due by friday but if you can turn it in earlier it would be great!
