Since we are the Sakura Club, this is a little article I wrote about it..

Sakura-Cherry Blossom

The Sakura trees have blossomed recently!~In Japan there is a thing called Hanami, or flower viewing. People go to the park and have a picnic under the trees. There are trees outside of Japan. For example, Washington DC, Hawaii, Washington state, California...They're all over the place!

This is one I saw in California last month.

Isn't is beautiful?

When I saw the Sakura tree in full bloom for the first time in my life I was so amazed and happy. I thought I was dreaming. I understand why it is cherished so much. To me Sakura marks the beggining of spring. Happy Spring~
